Everyone liked it, although I packed the meatballs too tight and they were a litte too dense (according to my husband). I didn’t really notice until he said it, but I’d have to agree with him…The sauce was a little salty, although my husband thought it was fine, and after my initial tasting, I never noticed the salt issue again.

This weekend I was looking for a meatball recipe on FoodNetwork.com.  I always check the comments section of the recipes because they’re crowd sourcing at its best.  People leave spot-on reviews and often offer little tricks for improving the recipes.  Sometimes they even get into full-on fights, normally about the size of Giada de Laurentiis’ head, and that’s pretty fun to read.

I came across the above during my comment perusal.  Does this sound like a cry for help to anyone else?  Has her husband brainwashed her?  If so, is it just a meatball brainwashing or does it extend to other stuff, like pesto and her financial decisions?

And for anyone interested, I wound up making this recipe.  Unbelievably delicious.
