I have a tumblr protocol question.  For those of you who may not be in the tumblr know, tumblr is the blogging platform I use.  Through tumblr, a blogger can interact with other bloggers.  One of these interactions is to click a heart icon on a post to tell the author of the post that you like it.
Ok, so considering that I have tastes that vacillate between a 14-year-old girl and a 44-year-old woman with not much falling in between, there are a lot of things that people post ironically that I genuinely like.  So when someone posts something making fun of a teen star’s acting or soft rock, can I still heart those posts because I’m just pretty pumped they posted a pic of Hilary Duff or a Dashboard Confessional song?
How come there isn’t a “No, seriously I heart this” icon?
